This part expires 5 years after the commencement day.
Note A transitional provision is repealed on its expiry but continues to have
effect after its repeal (see Legislation Act, s 88).

Australian Consumer Law, for part 2 (The Australian Consumer
Australian Consumer Law (ACT) means the provisions applying in
this jurisdiction because of section 7.

identity card means an identity card issued to an investigator under
section 37.
