65 Certificate evidence
(1) A certificate that appears to be signed by the commissioner, and states
any of the following matters, is evidence of the matter:
(a) that a stated investigation made, or being made, by the
commissioner or another stated person was made, or is being
made, under part 5;
(b) that on a stated date, or during a stated period, a stated person
was an investigator.
(2) A court must accept a certificate under this section as proof of the
matters stated in it if there is no evidence to the contrary.
