39 General power to enter premises
(1) For an investigation, an investigator may—
(a) enter any premises at any time with the occupier’s consent; or
(b) enter premises when open to the public; or
(c) enter business premises during business hours at the premises;
or
(d) enter premises in accordance with a warrant under this division.
(2) An investigator may, without the occupier’s consent or a warrant,
enter the land around premises to ask for consent to enter the
premises.
