37 Identity cards
(1) The commissioner must issue an identity card to each investigator
under this Act.
(2) The identity card must state that the person is an investigator.
(3) The identity card must also—
(a) include a recent photograph of the person; and
(b) state—
(i) the person’s name; and
(ii) the Acts for which the person is an investigator; and
(iii) the date of issue of the card; and
(iv) a date of expiry for the card; and
(c) include anything else prescribed by regulation.
(4) A person who ceases to be an investigator must return the person’s
identity card to the commissioner as soon as practicable, but within
21 days, after ceasing to be an investigator.
Maximum penalty (subsection (4)): 1 penalty unit.
