24 Undertakings following contravention of approved code
(1) If the commissioner believes on reasonable grounds that a person in
carrying on a business has not complied with an approved code, the
commissioner may request the person to give within a stated time a
written undertaking about 1 or more of the following:
(a) stopping the conduct;
(b) future compliance with the code;

(c) the action the person will take to rectify any consequence of the
non-compliance.
(2) In considering whether to require a person to give an undertaking
under subsection (1), the commissioner must have regard to any
dispute resolution process stated in the approved code.
