19 Conferral of functions and powers on certain bodies
(1) The authorities and officers of the Commonwealth mentioned in the
Australian Consumer Law (ACT) have the functions and powers
conferred or expressed to be conferred on them under the Australian
Consumer Law (ACT).
(2) In addition to the powers mentioned in subsection (1), the authorities
and officers mentioned in that subsection have power to do all things
necessary or convenient to be done in connection with the
performance of the functions and exercise of the powers mentioned
in that subsection.
