Declaration

The Fair Entitlements Guarantee Act 2012 applies in relation to persons who were employed, but are no longer employed, by:

GEON Australia Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed),
GEON DM and Mailing Services Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed), and
GEON Group Australia Pty Ltd (Administrators appointed) (together called ‘GEON’)

which are entities in administration under the Corporations Act 2001.
