#### 54 Right to financial assistance may be reduced, cancelled etc. without compensation A right to payment of financial assistance under this Act is granted on the basis that: (a) the amount of the assistance may be reduced under Part 3; and (b) the right may be cancelled, revoked, terminated or varied by or under later legislation; and (c) no compensation is payable if: (i) the amount of financial assistance is reduced under Part 3; or (ii) the right is cancelled, revoked, terminated or varied as mentioned in paragraph (b).
