#### 48 Delegation of Minister’s powers (1) The Minister may delegate in writing the Minister’s powers under section 49 to the Secretary or an SES employee in the Department who is at or acting at Band 3 level. (2) In exercising powers under a delegation under this section, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Minister.
