#### 46 Arrangements for information and dealing with payments (1) On behalf of the Commonwealth, the Secretary may make, vary, administer and otherwise give effect to an arrangement, agreement or contract for: (a) the provision to or by the Department of information about a person that is relevant to determining either or both of the following: (i) deciding whether a person is eligible for an advance; (ii) deciding the amount of an advance a person is eligible for; or (b) dealing with amounts of an advance that it has been decided a person is eligible for. (2) This section does not limit the executive powers of the Commonwealth.
