#### 36 Giving notice of decisions made under section 15 (1) The Secretary must give a person written notice of each of the following decisions: (a) a decision under subsection 15(1) whether the person is eligible for an advance; (b) a decision under subsection 15(2) on the amount of an advance the person is eligible for. (2) The notice must set out: (a) the terms of the decision; and (b) written reasons for the decision; and (c) the person’s rights to have the decision reviewed.
