#### 18 Nil amount if liquidator or bankruptcy trustee can fully pay entitlements soon The Secretary may reduce to nil the amount of an advance worked out under this Division for a person’s employment by an employer if the Secretary is satisfied that the liquidator or bankruptcy trustee of the employer expects to have in the next 112 days enough money (apart from this Act) to pay the person what the amount of the advance would be apart from this section.
