31   Information to include in section 22, 29 and 128 applications

1.    If one or more project areas of a savanna sequestration project will be transferring project areas, the section 22 application, section 29 application or section 128 application must include:

2.     a statement of that fact; and

3.     the identity of the transferring project areas; and

4.     the unique project identifiers for the projects from which the project areas will be transferring; and

5.     details of any persons who hold an eligible interest in any area of land that is part of the transferring project areas and evidence that those persons consented to the project; and

6.     in relation to a section 29 application only—the results of equations 5, 14 and 15 (if applicable).

7.    If one or more project areas of a savanna sequestration project is an area in which capacity building fire management is conducted, the section 22 application or section 29 application must include:

8.     a statement of that fact; and

9.     the identity of the capacity building fire management areas; and

10.     details of the capacity building fire management carried out in each area; and

11.     any relevant fire permits, burning records or reports to relevant bodies, and any other evidence that demonstrates the capacity building fire management has taken place.

12.     If one or more project areas of a savanna sequestration project is an area in which there are known weed-affected areas, the section 22 application, section 29 application or section 128 application must include:

13.     a statement of that fact; and

14.     the identity of the weed-affected areas; and

15.     the date of any treatment; and

16.     details of the treatment.
