17 Project area not to contain previously removed areas
A project area for a savanna sequestration project must not be, or include, an area of land that was previously part of the project, or previously part of another project covered by this instrument or a savanna fire management determination, but was removed in accordance with subsection 15(3) or as referred to in section 16(3) (or an equivalent provision of the savanna fire management determination).
