Commonwealth legislation
This instrument replaces the 2014 Determination and sets which kinds of radiocommunications receivers are ‘specified’ and which types of transmitter and receiver licences the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) may issue. It takes effect the day after registration. Affected parties are operators or owners of the listed receiver categories and anyone seeking the licence types listed in the instrument’s Schedules (see ss.6–8).
