15 Payment of annual fees

(1) The annual fees set out in Table 3A are payable on a periodic basis throughout each year. Part years are paid on a proportionate basis. The annual fee covers all activities undertaken by the office holder in performing the duties of their office. Reduction for lengthy absence (2) The annual fee is proportionally reduced where an office holder is unavailable to perform the duties of their office for a period of more than 3 months, except to the extent that a reduction would be inconsistent with the terms of the office holder’s appointment.
