29 Authority business—exclusion
For the purposes of this Part, time spent on the following is not to be treated as time spent on authority business: (a) all preparation for a formal meeting, even where it is considered excessive to normal preparation time; (b) any official travel time associated with a formal meeting regardless of when the travel occurs.
