20 Accommodation assistance—special provisions
Member of the Classification Board (1) Subject to individual qualification for this allowance, to be decided by the employing authority in accordance with agency guidelines, a member of the Classification Board who has, or had, to relocate to Sydney to take up the appointment is to be paid an accommodation allowance of $13,500 per year. This allowance does not represent salary for superannuation. Defence chiefs (2) The employing authority may approve housing assistance in accordance with agency policy and practices for the Vice‑Chief of the Defence Force, the Chief of Navy, the Chief of Army, the Chief of Air Force, and the Director of Military Prosecutions.
