12 Part‑time work
(1) If an office holder’s employing authority has approved the office holder to perform the duties of the office on a part‑time basis, the total remuneration for that office is to be paid on a pro rata basis in accordance with the proportion of full‑time hours worked. (2) However, if the proposed hours are less than 60% of the full‑time hours, prior agreement of the Tribunal is required for the level of remuneration.
