I, JIM WILLIAMS, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) for item 1231 of Schedule 1 to the Regulations:

REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 15/036, signed on 16 April 2015 (F2015L00565); and
SPECIFY, in the table in this section of the Instrument, for a Temporary Work (Short Stay Activity) (Class GA), (Subclass 400) visa application:
for the purposes of subregulation 2.07(6) of the Regulations, classes of applicants listed in Column A and to whom Column B and Column C relevantly apply;
for the purposes of subitem 1231(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved forms listed in Column B; and
for the purposes of paragraph 1231(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the place and manner where an application must be made;
