7.1 Determination of use of funds
7.1.1 Any funds bequeathed in trust for the benefit of eligible students under the Scheme, are deemed to have been bequeathed in trust to the Commission. 7.1.3 Any bequest accepted either prior to or after the commencement of this Scheme, shall be administered within the terms of the bequest as varied from time to time by the Commission.
