ELIGIBLE EDUCATION PROVIDERS AND EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS PARTNERS 2015

(Clauses 572.112, 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112)

I, MICHAELIA CASH, Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under clauses 572.112, 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112 of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):

REVOKE Instrument IMMI 14/075 (F2014L01511), signed on 5 November 2014 specifying eligible education providers and educational business partners for clauses 572.112, 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112; and
SPECIFY for paragraphs 572.112(a), 573.112(a) and 574.112(a) and clause 575.112, in relation to an application for a student visa made on or after 18 April 2015, the education providers listed in column 1 of Schedule A to this Instrument as eligible education providers; and
SPECIFY for paragraphs 572.112(b), 573.112(b) and 574.112(b), in relation to an application for a student visa made on or after 18 April 2015, the education providers listed in column 2 of Schedule A to this Instrument as educational business partners of the education provider mentioned in column 1.

This Instrument, IMMI 15/003, commences on 18 April 2015.
