I, George Brandis QC, Attorney-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting under section 5AA of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979, declare the Commonwealth Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse to be an eligible Commonwealth authority for the purposes of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.
