Forestry Marketing and Research and Development Services (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Forestry Marketing and Research and Development Services (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007, fix 3 September 2007 as the day on which Schedule 2 to that Act commences.
