Applicability: All model 369D helicopters with S/Nos. referenced in Hughes Service Information Notice No. DN-96 or with S/Nos. referenced in subsequent issues or revisions of that Service Information Notice.
Document: Hughes Service Information Notice No. DN-96. Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 31 December 1981.
Background: A steel washer may have been installed inadvertently under the aluminium rivet securing electric wiring to boom fairing at STA. 138.50.
