Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a listed set of airworthiness directives for AlliedSignal (Garrett/AiResearch) TPE331-series turbine engines and re-issues each as a separate instrument in the same form as the latest published editions. It is made by a CASA delegate under subregulation 39.001(1) to preserve the directives' legal standing.

It affects aircraft owners, operators, maintenance organisations and engineers using TPE331 engines — they must continue to comply with the same inspection and maintenance obligations, and bear any associated costs and operational consequences.
