26 Information to be included in a notice
The notice mentioned in clause 25 must include information reasonably required by the ACCC to enable it to form a view on Telstra’s compliance with clause 22 of the Carrier Licence Conditions (Telstra Corporation Limited) Declaration 1997 unless: (a) if no information has been given the ACCC has waived the giving of the information; or (b) if some only of the information has been given the ACCC has waived the giving of the remainder of the information.
