55 Prescribed form of power of attorney
(1) A power of attorney may be in accordance with an approved form.
(2) A power of attorney in accordance with the form approved under subregulation (1) shall be executed and attested in accordance with the instructions contained in that form.
(3) A power of attorney that relates to stock inscribed in the names of two or more persons jointly shall be signed by both or all of those persons.
