#### 10 Offences in relation to magistrates or eligible Judges A person shall not, when a magistrate or an eligible Judge is performing functions under the Act: (a) intentionally insult or disturb the magistrate or Judge; (b) interrupt the proceedings before the magistrate or Judge; (c) use insulting language to the magistrate or Judge; or (d) by writing or speech use words calculated: (i) to influence improperly the magistrate or Judge or a witness before the magistrate or Judge; or (ii) to bring the magistrate or Judge into disrepute. Penalty: 10 penalty units.
