#### 54 Application of certain Acts (1) The Removal of Prisoners (Territories) Act 1923 applies, with such modifications (if any) as are set out in the regulations, in relation to a person who has been committed to prison under this Act in a Territory (other than the Northern Territory) in like manner as it applies in relation to a person who has been sentenced to imprisonment in that Territory. (2) The Removal of Prisoners (Australian Capital Territory) Act 1968 applies, with such modifications (if any) as are set out in the regulations, in relation to a person who has been committed to prison under this Act in the Australian Capital Territory or in the Jervis Bay Territory. (3) In this section: > modifications includes additions, omissions and substitutions.
