16 Purpose of this Division
This Division specifies: (a) for paragraph 35‑1(2)(b) of the Act—requirements that must be met by proposed extra service fees for places included in a residential care service, or a distinct part of a residential service, that has, or is proposed to have, extra service status; and (b) for subsection 35‑2(1) of the Act—requirements that must be met by certain applications for approval of proposed extra service fees.
