Conducting substantially the same business (1) For the purposes of paragraph 97(d) of the Act, a decision of the CEO of Austrade under paragraph 10(3)(c) or 48(4)(b), that a person is in substance conducting a business that another person conducted, is prescribed. Fitness for grant (1A) For the purposes of paragraph 97(d) of the Act, a decision of the CEO of Austrade under subsection 13(2), that a person is unfit to receive a grant, is prescribed. Detrimental impact on Australia’s trade reputation (2) For the purposes of paragraph 97(d) of the Act, a decision of the CEO of Austrade under subsection 47(1) or (2) that an expense, or an eligible product, might have a detrimental impact on Australia’s trade reputation is prescribed.
