5 Definition of ready to export

For the purposes of the definition of ready to export in section 5 of the Act, a person is ready to export eligible products if: (a) the person has not previously exported eligible products; and (b) the person has successfully completed either or both of the following: (i) export training activities that are recognised by the CEO of Austrade as developing skills in marketing eligible products in a foreign country; (ii) a test that is approved by the CEO of Austrade for assessing export capability and knowledge.
