28 Maintaining representative in foreign country
For the purposes of paragraph 26(1)(c), this section covers the expense of maintaining a representative in a foreign country for more than 6 months, so far as the representative is: (a) conducting research into the market in the foreign country for eligible products; or (b) undertaking promotional activities for the purposes of marketing eligible products in the foreign country.
