#### 19 Excluded—expenses covered by other financial assistance schemes An expense of a person is excluded if the person has received financial assistance that covers the expense under a scheme for financial assistance (other than under this Act) administered by the Commonwealth or a State or Territory, or an authority of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory. > Note: If, after a grant is paid to a person in respect of an eligible expense of the person, the person receives financial assistance that covers the expense under another scheme, the person may be required by the rules or their grant agreement to repay the grant.
