#### 70 Annual report Each annual report prepared by the Board and given to the Minister (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013) under section 46 of that Act for a period must show separately the financial effect on the operations of EFIC of each direction given to it by the responsible Ministers under subsection 9(2) and in force at any time during that period.
