47 Committees
(1) The Board may appoint committees to assist the Board in relation to the performance of any of its functions. (2) At least one member of a committee must be a member of the Board. (3) The Board may give such directions as it thinks fit regarding the procedure to be followed at, and in relation to, meetings of a committee.
