#### 4 Extension to Territories (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act extends to all the Territories. (2) The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette, declare that, on a specified day, this Act is to cease to extend to a specified external Territory. (3) On and from the day specified in the notice: (a) this Act does not extend to the specified Territory; and (b) a reference in this Act to a Territory does not include the specified Territory; and (c) this Act has effect as if the specified Territory were a foreign country.
