21 Approved causes of loss
(1) EFIC may declare a specified cause of loss to be an approved cause of loss for the purposes of this Part. (2) A declaration under subsection (1): (a) must be in writing; and (b) takes effect on the day specified in the declaration. (3) As soon as practicable after making or revoking a declaration, EFIC must cause a copy of the declaration or the instrument of revocation to be published in the Gazette.
