2‑2 Wood and woodchips that are taken not to be prescribed goods
For the purposes of subsection 28(4) of the Act, wood and woodchips covered by subsection 2‑1(1) of this instrument are taken not to be prescribed wood or woodchips if: (a) the wood or woodchips are to be exported in a consignment: (i) of not more than 2 tonnes; or (ii) that includes not more than 2 tonnes of wood or woodchip; or (b) the wood or woodchips are derived from trees harvested outside Australian territory.
