5‑17 Prescribed wild game meat or wild game meat products in cartons or cans

(1) The trade description applied to prescribed wild game meat or wild game meat products contained in a carton must be attached to one end panel of the carton.

Note: For carton, see section 1‑5.

(2) The information required by paragraph 5‑16(3)(m) relating to canned prescribed wild game meat or wild game meat products must: (a) be embossed on the cans containing the wild game meat or wild game meat products; or (b) be indelibly applied directly to the cans.
