5‑11 Loading of prescribed wild game meat or wild game meat products—supervision
Loading of prescribed wild game meat or wild game meat products for export must be carried out under the supervision of: (a) an authorised officer; or (b) a person designated in an approved arrangement as a person who may supervise the loading, if: (i) the approved arrangement covers the last operations to prepare the wild game meat or wild game meat products at a registered establishment before export; and (ii) the supervision is in accordance with the arrangement.
