12‑16 Variation of allocation for change of circumstance not advised before commencement time

(1) This section applies if the Secretary had varied the allocation of inspection services for a registered establishment under clause 23 of Schedule 10 to the old Export Control (Wild Game Meat) Orders but the Secretary had not advised the occupier of the establishment of the variation before the commencement time. (2) The variation of the allocation is taken after the commencement time to be a variation of the allocation of meat inspection services to the establishment under subsection 4‑32(2) of this instrument. (3) The Secretary must, as soon as practicable after the commencement time, give the occupier written notice of the variation in accordance with subsection 4‑32(3) of this instrument.
