89AW Annual application and annual nomination days
(1) The annual application day for UK FTA sugar goods for export to the United Kingdom for a quota year is: (a) for the initial quota year—the day specified by the Secretary; and (b) for a later quota year—15 August in the calendar year in which the quota year starts.
