79 Application and reclamation days

(1) The annual application day for carrots and for potatoes for export to Indonesia is: (a) for the initial quota year—the day specified by the Secretary; and (b) for a later quota year—18 November in the calendar year immediately before the quota year. (2) The reclamation day for carrots and for potatoes for export to Indonesia for a quota year is 31 August in the quota year. (3) However, for the initial quota year, if the allocation of tariff rate quota entitlement under section 30 does not occur before 1 July in the quota year, the reclamation day is 31 December in the quota year.
