74M New entrant amounts for cotton
(1) The new entrant access amount for cotton for export to India in relation to a quota year is 5% of the weight of cotton that may, under the India‑Australia Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement, be exported from Australia to India in the quota year at a reduced tariff rate. (2) The new entrant access cap for cotton for export to India in relation to a quota year is 500 tonnes.
