74K Penalties for cotton
(1) The required usage percentage for cotton for export to India is 90%. (2) The penalty pool threshold for cotton for export to India in relation to a quota year is 45,000 tonnes.
Note: There is no penalty individual threshold for cotton. Paragraph 33(2)(a) is to be disregarded when determining whether an applicant has an allocation penalty: see subsection 74D(4).
