74F Application and reclamation days for cotton

(1) The annual application day for cotton for export to India for a quota year is: (a) for the initial quota year and the quota year following the initial quota year—the day specified by the Secretary; and (b) for a later quota year—15 November in the calendar year immediately before the quota year. (2) The reclamation day for cotton for export to India for a quota year is: (a) for the initial quota year and the quota year following the initial quota year—the day specified by the Secretary; and (b) for a later quota year—31 July in the quota year.
