13 Application of this Part
If a provision of Chapter 3 provides that the high‑fill trigger method applies for the purposes of issuing a tariff rate quota certificate in relation to consignments of a quota type for export in a quota year, then this Part applies for the purposes of: (a) issuing a tariff rate quota certificate in relation to such a consignment; and (b) determining tariff rate quota entitlements for that quota type and quota year.
