109 New entrant amounts
(1) The new entrant access amount for FTA butter and for FTA cheddar cheese for export to the United States of America in relation to a quota year is 80 tonnes. (2) The new entrant access cap for FTA butter and for FTA cheddar cheese for export to the United States of America in relation to a quota year is 40 tonnes.
